Collin County Construction began in Frisco in 2007 and has completed hundreds of projects. CEO Scott Rose and his wife, Patty Rose, have lived in Frisco with their family since 2000.
With a management team offering more than a century of combined industry experience, the general contractor has built a strong reputation. Collin County Construction works across a broad range of project types, including medical office buildings, retail stores and restaurants, multifamily and mixed-use developments, senior living facilities, build-to-rent communities, flex-space warehouses, sports facilities and more.
In-house architects, engineers and designers are involved from the beginning of a project through completion.
