Oak Dental’s Dr. Reemon Ashoty has been a Frisco resident since 2009. Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, he earned his first dental degree from the University of Baghdad College of Dentistry in 2006 and a second degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2014 after moving to the United States.
Dr. Ashoty has practiced dentistry in multiple countries and has served in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2019. He currently holds the rank of Major in the Army Dental Corps while continuing to grow his civilian practice and raise a faith-focused family.
He is a member of the Academy of GP Orthodontics and the American Academy of Clear Aligners, and holds fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry - a distinction held by a small percentage of general dentists.
His practice includes all aspects of general dentistry, with expertise ranging from porcelain veneers and crowns to implants and Invisalign. By incorporating advanced technology, Dr. Ashoty helps patients address a wide variety of cosmetic dental concerns and redesign their smiles.
